For children ages: 3 MONTHS to 3 YEARS OLD.

NON-refundable one time registration fee of $55.00 required to hold/save a space for child in daycare home for (2 weeks only).
CHILDCARE SERVICES PROVIDED:
Full-time Childcare: Five days of the week: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday; Eight to ten hours per day.
FULL-TIME CHILD CARE RATE: $180.00 per week.
Par-time Child Care: Three to four days a week.
Eight to ten hours per day.
PAR-TIME CHILD CARE RATE: $160.00 per week.
NO SRS PAYMENT
I am by myself taking care of your child, we will have a daily schedule to follow that will include: feeding, diapering(going to the potty), play time were the kids play on their own, group time were we will get to know each other and do an activity as a group; and indoor/outdoor play.
I will provide a warm and friendly environment in home structure and loving care for your little one while you are at work or school. The kids will be in the Daycare room were they will do most of their activities during the day.
Parent/Guardian is responsable for bringing personal care items for baby/toddler. Parent/Guardian is responsable for bringing food & formula for baby (3 months to 11 months).

Admission conditions
I have 3 kids, 2 of them are SCHOOL AGE
and THEY GO to SCHOOL(elementary, middle).
Parent/Guardian must be OK with his/her child RIDING in the VAN with me, to DROP OF/PICK UP my OWN CHILDREN to SCHOOL in the MORNING and in the AFTERNOON when school is in session.
Contract/Agreement is required to be signed by both Parent/Guardian and Childcare Provider in order to provide childcare services for child.
