I obtained services from this family / home daycare and I find that:

"We love Cradle to Crayons and Miss Laurie. Our son is 3 and has been going to Miss Laurie's since he was 5 months old. Even as a new Mom, I never worried about him during the day, I missed him like crazy, but I knew he was (and is) in great hands. Laurie does so much with the kids and they're always learning something new doing all sorts of fun activities. It amazes me what she comes up with and how she makes it appropriate for all the different ages. We consider ourselves very lucky to have found Miss Laurie and we don't know what we'd do without her."

"My two children attended this daycare and would still be attending if we didn't move away. Laurie was like a second mother to my children. She has incredible patience and compassion for children which allows her the ability to connect with each one. Laurie has a gift and my family and I miss her dearly."

"When I decided to go back to work, I worried that my son would not find the same love and attention from a childcare provider as he would get from me. Then entered Laurie!

When we first met her, we were impressed by her organization, professionalism and overall love of her job. Her care for the children under her charge was evident as she detailed all of the fun activities that she had planned for the year. We decided to enroll our son and we've been thankful ever since! He loves "Miss Laurie" and considers her as part of his family when he says his prayers at night.

Now, 2.5 years later, our younger son is joining his older brother at C2C and he loves her just as much as my eldest. I even think he smiles more for her than for me... but I don't mind. She makes me smile too!"
