Background:
I have worked with Chesterfield County Mental Health and Mental Retardation Services providing support to adults with special mental needs. I attended several mental health and intervention awareness training sessions. I have over 50 credit hours at John Tyler Community College in early childhood education. I anticipate on graduating in fall of 2007. I am currently perusing an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education at John Tyler Community College. I have experience in conducting developmental assessments on children from birth to eight year of age. I have written anecdotal records of cognitive development and progress of children at my current position as a lead teacher in a home based center. My personal computer skills are as follows: Word 2002, Excel 2002, Access 2002, and Power Point 2002. NAYCE member since 2004.
