i Have 10 years of childcare experience. I have worked with children from newborn to school age. I currenly work with the fanwood scotch plains ymca but they are unfortunatly unable to give me more hours. Im very loving, patient, caring and fun. It will be nice to go from 30 kids to 1 or to children. I think I child not only needs to be taken care of but also played with, doing learning activities, and just having fun. Any else that the parents requests, like going for walks, outside playtime, going to park, etc, I have no problem with. I also do not mind doing light house work. Im unable to do childcare at my own home at this time so I have no problem coming to you. I do have a 3 1/2 year old daughter who will be accompnaying me as she will only be in pre-k for 2-3 hours a day in september, therefore i would need the availability to pick her up and drop her off. which I dont have a problem if i need to bring a child with me . Shes a very bright and sweet little girl and would be a great playmate and or helper. she especially loves babies and will be very gentle.
My daughter has learned her abc, colors and is now starting to write her abcs. Just by doing little things here and thee since she was a lil younger she caught on very quickly and i have no problem doing the same thing.
