The YWCA South Hampton Roads, in partnership with Tidewater Community College will provide quality, safe, affordable, and convenient care for your child. There is a Child Development Center on every campus, so you can have peace-of-mind while you are working or attending school. Monthly tuition is based on a sliding scale determined by total household income and priced below market rate to remain affordable to parents.
Admission conditions
Children must be fully potty trained in order to enroll.
