As a parent, you want the best for your child. We understand that it is not always easy to find reliable care for your child. That’s why we are here! The YWCA South Hampton Roads, in partnership with Tidewater Community College will provide quality, safe, affordable, and convenient care for your child. There is a Child Development Center on every campus, so you can have peace-of-mind while you are working or attending school. Monthly tuition is based on a sliding scale determined by total household income and priced below market rate to remain affordable to parents.
Admission conditions
Children must be fully potty trained in order to enroll.
