First Year's Universities is a state certified daycare located in Homewood, IL. Our mission is to provide high-quality childcare in a warm environment that is safe, loving and nurturing. We understand the importance of the first years of learning and development. We specialize in the care and development of children ages 6 weeks to 12 years of age. The purpose of our program is to meet the continuously changing development of children’s physical, intellectual, emotional and social needs. Our goal is to provide childcare professionals who serve as role models in early childhood education for the children and families we serve. We have carefully selected a loving, caring, experienced staff, and together we will work to provide whatever is developmentally appropriate for each child and help them grow to their fullest potential. All of our staff members are state certified and experienced in providing quality child care for children. We will implement plans that will aid in the development of each child and their individual needs.
