Upward Bound Preschool ministers to each child as a whole person. We provide a developmentally appropriate environment in which each child can grow physically, intellectually, emotionally, socially and spiritually at his/her own pace. Each child is a unique gift from God and we strive to provide a safe and nurturing place where he/she can develop a positive self-image and explore and discover, building their skills to lead a fulfilled and happy life.
We believe our job is to provide the opportunity for children to learn about themselves and the world around us through Bible stories, art, science, dramatic play, literature, music, and social interaction with peers. We feel it is necessary to challenge the mind, spirit, and body to develop a well-rounded person.
Our teachers do a wonderful job at preparing children for kindergarten. Through the use of story time, exploring numbers, letters, and phonetic sounds, your children will be more than ready to move on to the next educational level.
Admission conditions
Must be potty-trained and have completed paperwork to start.
