I have worked with children of all different ages for about eight years now. I have worked in a daycare setting for about 6 of those years, as a nanny for two years, and I have done a lot of babysitting! I am certified in CPR and First Aid. As a childcare provider I strongly believe in focusing on the whole child. This includes incorporating art, music, books, consistency, and healthy discipline into a child’s daily routine. I am 2 classes shy of having a double major in Psychology and Women's Studies. I also have three children ages eight, three, and 11 months. Most recently I have worked at local childcare center, which is where I have been working on and off for the past six years. I have worked in all of the "rooms" there including being the Head teacher in the Infant Room for most of the time I have been there. I would prefer a position that would allow my 11 month old to be with me at all times, as well as working with one to two other children.
