I am a certified teacher. I use the A Beka curriculum with my 3 and 4 year olds. For younger children, I use Firefly from Funshine Express for basic skills. I also use their Bible supplements to teach Christian basics. I use games to teach computer skills.
I participate in a food program, so you can know that your child is receiving a varied and healthy diet. I have past menus available for your review. I am also a Rising Star provider with Texas Workforce to accept subsidies for low-income families.
I provide blankets (although special naptime blankets from home are welcome), nap mats/play pens, cups, bibs, and burp cloths. I do not provide bottles, but will sterilize them after each use.
I have a large backyard where we play when weather permits. On occasions we take walks around the neighborhood or visit the nearby park.
I have enough toys to rotate monthly (7 months worth and growing).
I am first aid and CPR certified.
FYI: I am located just off 174 (Wilshire Blvd) and I-35.
Admission conditions
If you or your child is allergic, please be aware, I do have one dog (Border Collie/Cocker Spaniel mix), but I keep him away from the children.
I have a registration fee of $25.
