Children are very special and finding a daycare provider you can trust with your child is important. We understand that you want to feel comfortable when you go to work, knowing that your child is safe, happy and wanted. We are proud of the environment that we provide for the children in our care and we are equally appreciative of the children and families that we have the opportunity to work with.
We work with children in the age range of two months to 12 years of age. Our rates are competitive (nutritious meals are included), our hours are flexible, and we are licensed by the State of Washington.
At Kids Will Be Kids Family Daycare, children have lots of time to play and develop their imaginations. Through playtime, we also work to help them to develop social skills so they learn how to get along with each other and to problem solve when issues arise.
Our preschool program runs from September to June for children below school age. We learn our letters, numbers, colors, and shapes. as well as working on arts and crafts projects which they can take home with them. We use the Mother Goose Time curriculum to enhance our program. At nap time we read the story of their choice to help children settle down for rest or sleep. Actually, reading is encouraged any time of the day.
We celebrate the major holidays with arts and crafts projects. For both Father's Day and Mother's Day, the children make special gifts for their parents. Every child's birthday is a special event and so we provide a gift for the birthday child and a cake to share with everyone.

Admission conditions
Rates are for fulltime care. Call for part-time rates. We do our best to be flexible with parent schedules that are subject to change due to employment, doctor appts. etc.
We transport children to and from Mullenix Ridge Elementary School. We provide help with homework if needed. We charge $13.00 a day for before school and $17.00 after school care. The after school care fee covers early release days as well. We charge $24.00 a day for before AND after school care.
