My goal as a provider, is to have close, continuous communication with the parents, so they feel confident that their child is well taken care of and is receiving the love and attention they deserve. I spend a lot of one-on-one time with each child, suiting activities to their needs and skill levels. For very young children, I teach Basic Sign Language to ease the communication gap between the child and adult. For example: drink, eat, more, play, please, thank you and sleep.
