Welcome to the My Little Tots Child Care, a loving and nurturing environment where your child will feel right at home.
Remember the days of playing Hide and Seek? Pin the tail on the donkey? Tag? My child care encourages the return of simpler times of learning, with interaction between other children to promote a stress-free environment conducive to learning.
Learning activities will be age appropriate, including reading, song, and dance, puppet shows, dress-up, tea parties, and picnics.
We will also be introducing numbers, letters, colors, shapes, and other materials to get children ready for Kindergarten. |

Enrollment into My Little Tots Child Care will occur following a tour of the program and an interview process with me. Before children may enter the program for care, the following forms must be filled out and returned:

Consent for Medical Treatment
Identification and Emergency Information
Notification of Parent’s Rights
Caregiver Background Check Process
Family Child Care What are Parents’ Responsibilities
Immunization Records
Signed Contract and Policies
Food Program Form
Authorization to Leave Care
Authorization to Transport
Field Trip Authorization
Photo Release Form
These forms will be given to prospective families at the interview. All children enter care for a 30 day trial period. After the trial period, 2 weeks written notice must be given, by parent/ legal guardian or provider, if either party wishes to terminate care. |
