I'm a licensed social worker. I worked as a foster care case manager for almost 4 years and recently decided to leave my job so I can stay home with my children. I'm keeping my daycare small so I can assure all the children's needs are being met. I come from a large family, I'm the 3rd oldest of 8. I was also a nanny for 2 years in Virginia. I love children!! I live in a low traffic area and have a fenced in yard. My basment has been dedicated to my daycare; however we use the entire house. I believe kids need a routine but with enough flexibility to let them be kids.
