I am a fully licensed Family Child Care Provider. I have been
licensed by the State of NH Department of Health and Human
Services since 1981. In 2007, my child care facility earned
the quality rating status of “License Plus” from the NH Child Development Bureau. I have five years experience in public education, teaching Physical Education in grades K-12. I am a member of the Early Learning NH, the National and NH Associations for the Education of Young Children. I am referred to prospective clients by the Lakes Region Child Care Resource and Referral office. I am certified by the American Red Cross in both First Aid and CPR for Infants and Children. I attend workshops at child care conferences as well as, present workshops to continue to update my education. I give children in my care the opportunity to learn in a family-like setting. Here they are able to feel; safe, loved, and can continue to build a positive self image within a mixed age group. Child care supplements parental care by providing for the continued growth, development and safety of children. It is necessary to have a set of guidelines to protect the children attending my child care home and to provide continuity for children, parents, and myself. Your questions and comments are important so we can achieve the very best experiences for your child. The guidelines may be amended as the need arises.
