Willow Hill Daycare is a non-smoking privately run home based daycare center owned and operated by Rick & Jeanne Pittman. Established in January 2008, we are located in Pennsylvania.
Here at Willow Hill Daycare, we promise to provide your child with more than just the standard thought of "babysitting services". We are a daycare committed to providing top quality child care with an educated, well trained staff. We are considered Professional Child Care Providers and expect to be treated as such by the parents and families of those that we care for. With the enrollment of your child in our daycare, you have guaranteed the success of your child in the areas of social skills, emotional development and preschool education.
Admission conditions
Each parent will be required to fill out a number of enrollment forms that will be kept on file in the child's personal file. Some forms are but not limited to:
* Emergency Contact Information - This information will be updated every 6 months or when any information changes.
* Child Immunization Records - Child MUST be current with ALL age appropriate immunizations.
NO EXCEPTIONS!
* Medical Forms/Health History - A list of all allergies will be kept on hand and posted where necessary to ensure your child's safety.
* Fee Agreement/Parent Contract - Contract will be updated on the yearly anniversary of your child's enrollment.
* Activity Permission Slip - Slips will need filled out and signed for any reoccuring activities planned by the center. Any activities that may come up at a later date will need new slips signed by the provider and parent.
* Medications or Daily Vitamins - **PLEASE SEE BLOG ON MEDICATIONS FOR COMPLETE DETAILS** - A medication slip MUST be signed by parent for any reoccuring medications/vitamins that will be given to child. Slip must also be sign my family physician.
Always ensure that your child receives quality care by taking the time to investigate the provider and by asking for references! We simply cannot verify the claims of every daycare provider.
Updates
We rely on providers to keep their listing and current openings up-to-date. To prevent any omission, openings expire after 45 days.
