A non refunded registration fee's apply for all children call for fee. Late fee's apply for late pickup/childcare fee's to. Fill out a enrollment package label all children item first and last name (bottles) please (premix to). set of extra clothes for changing diaper/pamper /wipes for changing to. if the daycare have to provide diaper ect. they is a charged please bring items request. a blanket/pillow of naps time all meal are include. fill out a childcare food program appilcation.
