I have over 20 years of experience with children and am extremely dedicated to the maintaining a safe, healthy environment for the children. I hold an Assistant Teacher's Degree and have taken many courses in Child Development. I worked as a live-in childcare provider for 15 years and then as a teacher's assistant at Centennial Preschool before opening Funtime Day Care over 6 years ago.
Funtime Day Care is run out of my home, located in a safe residential neighborhood in Fullerton. I have a huge backyard, small playground and spacious living room where the children spend most of their time. A typical day is comprised of learning activities, outdoor exercise, arts and crafts projects, home-cooked meals and snacks. I take the older children on walking trips to the library and nearby parks multiple times per week. I speak fluent Spanish and English and as a result, most of the children I care for grow to be bilingual! My mother works as my assistant, providing an extra safe environment for the children.
