In relation to the care and nurture (support) of young children, I believe that you treat all children as they were you own, with tender loving care.
I believe that:
•Children learn by active play
•Children need to be under the supervision of caring, experienced people who understand how children grow and develop.
•A home environment gives children a feeling of comfort, familiarity, and security.
•Self-discipline is the best form of behavior control
•Children learn from each other and when possible, adults should encourage cooperative play
•A family daycare home should invite participation of parents and guardians, and parents should always feel welcome in your home
•The well being of the children is most important
