We are a licensed (SAC 62393 FCCH) home child care business located in Elk Grove, CA. We are conveniently located less than 4 miles from the Elk Grove Blvd exits on both Highway 99 and Interstate 5, approximately ½ mile from Foulks Ranch Elementary School.
Strong Roots Child Care is focused first and foremost on caring for your child. We provide a family setting where you and your child will feel safe, secure, and happy. We believe very young children shouldn’t be in a structured high pressure education driven environment. We focus on character building and interpersonal skills rather than structured education. During these early years we believe it is important to nurture strong roots in children. We have built a program that will prepare your child for his future by building confidence, creativity, and compassion. We encourage learning numbers, letters, and other basics through all of our activities. We have daily art/craft projects and daily theme of the day activities. We serve breakfast, lunch, and 2 snacks. Each meal and snack is carefully planned out to be nutritionally balanced, wholesome, and provide an assortment of flavors. When possible we serve a rainbow of fresh fruits and vegetables.
An important component of our program is you, the parent. We understand it is very difficult to leave your children everyday in the arms of someone else. We work very hard to keep you informed and involved in your child’s daily activities. You will receive a daily log of what your child ate, diaper changes, behavior notes, and new achievements. You will receive a monthly calendar and newsletter with important dates/information, our meal plans, special art projects, theme of the day activities, etc. |
