Our philosophy is non violent,non sexist amd nonracist. We teach our children to solve their problems with words and to ask for help when they need it vs hitting or hurting their friends. Circle time,learn reading readiness ie arts & crafts, developing listening skills ie story time. We also play outside to work on our gross motor skills
Dicipline policy-We use redirection and encourage children to use their words. Sometimes kids just need to go do something else. All dicipline is handled in a loving manner.
