We are a loving and caring child care home. I have a wonderful assistant. I am called Auntie by the children. I have been a Family Home Based Day Care provider for over 30 years. My day care is located in Dale City, Virginia.
Children are precious to me and my staff; we feel they need lots of love, understanding, patience and guidance to develop positive self confidence. These are the things we strive to provide for them.
We work hard to always provide parents with Family Home Day Care that is not only a positive experience but a safe, fun, comfortable and healthy atmosphere for their children's personal growth and development.
Our home day care doors swing on welcome hinges; we open our home and hearts to all families regardless of race, nationality, or creed. We have a fun loving environment here at Edith's Home Care.
We believe that if parents are aware of, and fully understand, the operation of our service both parents and children will always benefit. If parents, children and providers work together all things are possible.

Admission conditions
Before child(ren) can be enrolled in Edith’s Home Care, we will need the following items and enclosed forms that must be completed, initialed, signed, and dated on each child.
Parent Handbook (Initialed and signed)
Parent Contract(All forms completed in full and signed).
$40.00 Registration Fee (per child non-refundable).
Updated copy of child’s Immunization Record.(signed and dated by a physician)
Updated copy of child’s physical exam. (signed and dated by a physician)
Child(ren) Birth Certificate Form
Notarized Medical Power of Attorney Form
Personal Items Needed:
Back-pack (each child all ages)
Toothbrush (18 months and up)
Toothpaste (18 months and up)
Slippers (each child all ages)
Change of Clothes (each child all ages)
Box of Kleenex (each child all ages)
Pack of Baby Wipes (each child all ages)
