My Little Buddy's Daycare is up and running. We are located in my home in Sherwood. I am the mommy to an amazing two year old boy. I have been working with children and youth for the last 17 years. I love children and am excited to focus my energy more on the little ones.
I have a good sized play room and backyards with lots of play things. We live directly behind Archer Glen Elementary School so will have easy access to their playground after school hours. I am planning on keeping my numbers low and only take in 3 or 4 kiddos at a time so that everyone gets individual attention.
We have daily activities that we will be doing including curriculum for school readiness. We will be doing lots of puzzles, reading lots of stories, and using our imaginations on a daily basis. We will try to get outside everyday so bring an extra change of clothes on the rainy days.
I consider myself to be a patient, kind, compassion, flexible, and easy going person. I am really good at multitasking and making all children feel included and special.
I have received many trainings throughout the years in Love and Logic Parenting, Positive Youth Development, Collaborative Problem Solving, Cultural Effectiveness and Awareness, and many more. I am CPR/First Aid Certified, I have my food handlers card, and am meeting state licensing requirements.
