Admission conditions
Supplies provided by parents and left at daycare
1. Formula or breast milk fully prepared in bottles
2. Disposable diapers and all diaper changing related supplies
( such as powder, cream, potty training wear, wipes)
3. Three complete change of clothes( please write your child’s name
or initials on the tag of the clothing)
4. Blanket
5. Pacifier
6. And any other item’s that the child has been using and
that will keep the child comfortable
Toddlers
7. Two Sippy cups
8. Disposable diapers and all diaper changing related supplies
(such as powder, cream, potty training wear, wipes)
9. Three complete change of clothes
