Munchkin Meadow Childcare is a privately owned and New York State Registered Family Day Care. Since we have a low child to provider ratio, we pride ourselves on being able to provide individual attention to every child entrusted in our care. Munchkin Meadow provides a bright and spacious facility, designed with your child in mind and separate from the rest of our home. We are located in a family friendly neighborhood, that is convenient to the New Paltz, Wallkill and Pine Bush School Districts. Munchkin Meadow's outdoor play area is located in a fully fenced area with age appropriate equipment that will lend itself to hours of imaginative and active play.
Here, at Munchkin Meadow Childcare, we firmly believe that school and daycare is an extension of home,and you are your child's first teacher. Teachable moments happen everyday, whether you are reading to your child, taking them to the park, or shopping for groceries. Our goal is to capture those moments during our daily activities (free play, preschool activities, snack, etc.) and make the
most of them. Munchkin Meadow offers your child the best of both worlds. We provide a warm and inviting home environment, with a
small child to provider ratio to make the most of teachable moments, combined with a professionally designed preschool
curriculum (Mother Goose Time) that lends itself to school readiness similar to what is offered in larger daycare centers.
We can care for 6 children under the age of 5 along with 2 school age children at any given time.
