Welcome to Happy kids Home Daycare. We are a licensed home daycare located in Plainfield, IL Near Joliet and Minooka. I am a loving mother with thirteen years experience I specialize in childcare for children ages one month to 12 years old. Our goal is to provide a fun and safe learning environment for your child, while encouraging social, emotional, intellectual, and physical development. Your child will receive quality personal and individualized care in a warm and loving home, where they can feel safe and happy and can begin to build confidence and a positive self image.
Our home is designed to provide both a nurturing home atmosphere along with large dedicated areas for the children to actively learn and play in; a stimulating environment with spacious rooms rich in color giving each child an exciting world full of opportunities to explore, learn, and grow. Furthermore, I maintain a low teacher to child ratio. Therefore, your child will receive the kind of close attention he or she deserves, nurturing a foundation for development and helping to enable your child to reach their full potential.
We have a large fully fenced, child friendly backyard, equipped with fun and safe play equipment. We provide well balanced nutritious meals and snacks to your child. For children of all ages we incorporate lots of fun activities into their daily schedule that includes circle time, music and movement, arts & crafts, guided and free play, fun educational weekly themed activities, outdoor play, various creative and educational projects, and much more. Additionally, we offer an age appropriate preschool curriculum guided by the Illinois learning standards, Creative curriculum and handwriting without tears. Because of these points, I feel I am able to provide the best of both worlds (learning and fun, all in one).
Our family daycare meets all the requirements established by the State of Illinois DCFS Licensing. I understand that you are trusting us to care for your child, and I take this responsibility very seriously.
