My name is Setareh and as a certified and experienced provider I want to provide the assurance that when you leave your child/children at my daycare you can be sure he/she is receiving lots of love, care and attention, as well as gaining knowledge in a safe, fun and happy environment.
I know it is a difficult task to find a quality daycare. That is why I am using my 12 years of experience in child care to provide a home away from home. I am in tune with childrens' social, emotional and physical needs. My qualifications include ECE units, CPR and first aid training, in addition to constantly attending workshops to provide better care.
I believe that all children are special and unique. It is my goal to provide your children with a safe home away from home while you are working. I provide an informal education program and promote learning through hands on play and discovery. I encourage parents to discuss expectations they have and/or want for their child and myself.
At Camellia Daycare, we offer a secure place for your child to play, grow and learn. We value diversity, and welcome children of all ages from newborns to school-age. We believe that children learn through exploration and play as well as structure and routine. We promote self esteem through respect, understanding and compassion. We have structured our program to be responsive to the needs of each individual child.At my daycare children learn about numbers, colors, shapes, letters, basic sign language, arts and crafts.
They learn problem solving through play, learn to share, take turns and socialize with other children. Activities include circle time, story time, outdoor games and many more that develop their mind and their fine and gross motor skills. Children play with soft and wooden blocks, legos, puzzles, play dough and other toys to improve their creativity. We provide breakfast, lunch,and healthy snacks. |
