Hi parents,
I have a California small home daycare license. In the past, I worked as a technical writer and now decided to devote my time to my real passion, children care and childhood education.
A little bit about me: I am a proud loving mom of 2 small children. I am bilingual, (native) French and English. I am more than happy to teach both languages to your children. Like every parent who has placed my child in daycare, I want to be able to provide a safe and nurturing environment for your little one(s).
We have a fun, safe environment for all to enjoy. Although there is a dedicated play space for children, most of my home is open to children. It has been made very safe. My home is single story with a beautiful backyard. Every Friday I bring out the jumpy house for older children to play. There is also a play structure for smaller children.
My home is and always has been smoke free. I have infant and children CPR & 1st Aid certification. I have also received a one year training at Challenger school to prepare me for teaching small children which includes emphasis on phonics, reading, penmanship, counting and understanding the basic scientific method. I intend on not only providing care for your children but also providing them with the skills they will need to succeed when they are ready for school. I provide fun activities including crafts, finger painting, circle time, field trips and outdoor activities...and I will potty train your child when your he/she is ready.
My daycare is open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. to meet your needs. However, early drop off and late pickup are available.
I am licensed to care for 8 children full time, age's newborn to 4 years old. Meals are provided for children 2 and up.
