Description
I am a hands-on Nanny that has decided to go into daycare. I am already watching one 5y/o little girl for my roommate so I thought, why not? I LOVE children and have always Nannied for 3+ children and have EXCELENT EXPERIENCE! I have had day and over-night experience with preemie twins all the way up to a 14y/o. I have taken classes and researched Child Psychology and was a nanny and PCA (like a nurse/nanny that did all care and administered meds to mentally ill children at their homes) for emotionally challenged children. I also have taken classes on, have researched, and have first had contact and knowledge of special dietary needs such as allergy foods, lactose-free diets, no pork, Kosher/Halal, and Vegetarian/Vegan. I am trained and took courses on becoming a Montessori teacher but did it to be a better nanny. I do not believe in the “automatic Babysitter” called the television except for “down time” and take a very big interest in outside, playtime and projects. I am interested in becoming help for all of you out there with odd or chaotic schedules. I will do mornings, days, evenings, bedtimes and even over-nights. I also have experience with children for emergency out-of-town situation where your child will need to stay here 24/7 for a few days/weeks. I am okay with last minute and changing schedules such as retail and restaurant schedules, and can even do split shifts is you have two jobs/school. I am an excellent choice because I have SO much to offer your children! I will take $25/day for partial hours and $35/day for fulltime/overtime hours. Discounts for over nights, 24/7 vacation hours and more then one child/families.
Admission conditions
*Your Child(ren) need transportation to and from my house, but occasional transport MAY be worked out if available.
*Must not be allergic to cats and OK with animals… no dogs (If my roommate brings her dog we will crate him in her room upstairs where the children are not allowed). Would like to teach the children how to work with therapy certified animals.
