I am a 26-year old mother of two children, a 4 year old little girl (my daugher is not home three mornings out of the week because she attends a local preschool) and a 15 month old little boy. I am hoping to provide childcare for 2 or 3 full time children/I also offer before and after school care (we are zoned for Deep Creek Elementary and Deep Creek Middle). Our program will be semi-structured with learning activites depending on the child's age (ABC's, numbers, colors, shapes, etc...), storytime with an associated activity/craft, outside play in my large fenced yard and inside free play (my son's room is pretty much a play room). I would like to take the children, at least twice a week, to the local library for storytime and to the local park (as weather permits). I provide a lunch and a morning and afternoon snack and quite often the children and I will create "fun" snacks together. My hours are normally 7am-5pm but I am flexible.
