Welcome! I understand the difficulty of selecting the best care for your child, and I encourage you to feel confident that when you leave, your child will be safe and happy in their care situation.
I consistently provide a safe and nurturing environment in which a small group of children will feel comfortable in all aspects of their day. Only nutritious meals and snack are served. Children and encouraged to, but never forced, to try a variety of foods. An abundance of age appropriate toys and other mediums (i.e. books, puzzles, games, and music) are always available in order to promote language and emotional development in a positive atmosphere.
Daily opportunities for outdoor play when weather permits. Only a minimum amount of TV is allowed. My ultimate goal is to promote a strong sense of self worth. I have an abundance of energy and give my daycare children my love unconditionally.
I feel communication with the parents on a day to day basis is vital to child development. I have an open door policy; parent’s visits are welcome and comments and suggestions are carefully considered.
