I obtained services from this daycare center / preschool and I find that:

"This place is the most unsafe daycare I have seen.

This is your child, your baby - do you really want a place that has so many bad reviews to watch over and care for them?
Check it out yourself - www.del.wa.gov

DO NOT TRUST THIS FACILITY WITH YOUR KIDS. PLEASE."

I obtained services from this daycare center / preschool and I find that:

"My child went to this daycare for 6 months. During those 6 months, there was VERY high teacher turnover – 5 teachers quit/were fired and 2 more never bothered to show for their fist day of work. The classrooms in the morning were consistently over filled with kids and understaffed (in violation of state minimum requirements). On one occasion, my husband dropped off our daughter to find that there was NO teacher in the classroom (she had left multiple toddlers alone in the room in order to let out the daycare dog). I constantly found myself waiting with my child in the morning for another teacher to come in so that there would be adequate supervision. On one of my child’s last days, I dropped her off only to find that there were 10 toddlers under age 2 with only 1 teacher (not the first time this had happened)! Fed up with this constant practice of understaffing, I finally called in a complaint to Department of Early Learning the very next morning before dropping my daughter off (DEL is the State agency that oversees all licensed childcare in WA). The DEL licensor paid a visit to the Daycare that same day and many violations were found. I received an email from Alina, the director, that evening. She terminated my child without notice from the daycare, indicating in her email that the reason was due to the fact that I called in a complaint to the State for her violations. However, I am not posting this review in order to make disparaging comments about Alina, but rather, to inform parents of the practice of this facility to continually violate the State MINIMUM requirements set forth by DEL (minimums are there for a reason – and what does it say about a daycare when they are not even meeting the minimum requirements!). Please do not take my word for it – you can contact any licensed daycare’s DEL licensor simply by looking up their name and number on the DEL website: www.del.wa.gov and speaking to them about any facility. Simply go to the website and click on the blue link towards the middle of the page entitled “A childcare provider’s licensing and complaint history”. The licensors are very open to providing parents with information."
