I obtained services from this family / home daycare and I find that:

"Pat is a caring and lovable childcare provider. She treats the children as if they were her own grandkids. She communicates well with the parents to let them know how their children are doing. She is open and friendly and easy to talk to about any concerns that you may have.
The children that she keeps love her and think of her as a grandmother not their babysitter. She takes them out for activities and goes the extra mile to make holidays special for them by getting them a little gift and treats.
She loves her job and she lights up when the kids start to show up every morning."
