I obtained services from this family / home daycare and I find that:

"We had our child in Dunne's daycare for 9 months. During that time, she:
Left my 3 month old child in crib full of toys with blankets draped over the side, laying face down. She told me that she thought I said that my daughter slept on her side, something I have never told her. When I told her that the guidelines of putting babies on their backs have been the standard for 20 years, she rolled her eyes at me. When I told her that I did not want any toys or blankets in the crib with her, she rolled her eyes. She later told me that my baby was so funny and was pulling the blankets down on herself. When I told her there should be no blankets in the crib with her, per my previous request, she backtracked and told me that she didn't have any on there. 9 months later, she has another 3 month old that I have seen laying in a crib full of blankets and toys, laying on her stomach.

She continues to use baby powder despite my several requests that she not use it. I have not provided any powder, and have asked her on several occasions to only use wipes and the diaper cream I provided when needed. She has come home with diaper rash more times than I can count. Fran keeps insisting its only corn starch, but it has fragrance is and is unnecessary, and makes my baby break out.

After not having my knocks at the door answered, I was able to walk into her home and sit with the 3 month old baby for a minute before she came out of the back room. She said I scared her, even though I announced my presence when I entered. I could have stolen that baby in that time. The baby was also sitting on a bouncy chair, unrestrained.

Strangely enough, the next day when I knocked on her door, waited 90 seconds and then knocked again, she answered the door with Yeah yeah yeah, I heard you, keep your pants on!

These are just the dangerous things. The other things are:
Refusing to give my child the milk I have brought, saying she won't drink it. My child guzzles the milk at home. It is nut milk, and she said she thought my baby had a nut allergy. These are serious allergies and she should know if my child has it, and have a care plan in place, not "think" my child has a life threatening allergy. She refuses to put pants on my child because she says the legs are too tight (these are standard leggings and stretchy pants), so my baby doesn't have pants on every time I pick her up. She has also called my baby "A real winner" sarcastically when my baby had a rough day. When I said, "oh angel, are you having a rough day?", she said you call her angel, I called her something else today. Then when my baby started to cry, she very harshly started yelling SHHHHHHHHH! at my baby. She is rude to parents, rolling her eyes at my request to use 3 signs with her (Milk, food, all done), she has told me that I need to let my baby scream herself to sleep, something I absolutely WILL NOT do, and when I told her that we did not do that with her and studies have shown it is damaging to young babies to let them get that upset for long periods of time, she rolled her eyes at me. She has consistently disregarded every one of my requests, and is very rude while doing it. I have finally found another daycare after the incidents with walking into her house with a baby unattended and her SHHHHH'ing my daughter harshly, and when I gave her my two weeks paid notice per the contract and asked to be given my other week of prepayment back, she refused, stating I already paid it and do not get it back. DO NOT USE THIS PROVIDER. I know it is really hard to find daycare in San Diego for infants, but you do not want to leave your child with this rude and impatient woman. Every interaction I have had with her have been unpleasant. I sucked it up because my baby seemed happy enough, but now that she is a bit older, she does not smile at Fran and has started clinging to me more. My baby smiles at EVERYONE. The fact that she is not happy to see Fran anymore tells me that something in the way she is being treated has changed."
