I obtained services from this family / home daycare and I find that:

"I was overjoyed when I found this establishment. Finally had somewhere close to home to send my child. And I thought that because it was Christian that this family had morals. Well, things turned out VERY VERY BADLY.

1. The owner of the daycare changed our contract and stated we verbally agreed on days for my daughter that we did not. My daughter was supposed to attend on a fluid schedule. I dont have a set schedule every week so she would attend different days according to my schedule. I took my child in and the owner refused her because she said it wasnt a day we agreed to. And then stated that only this day and this day work for her at that time. EXCUSE ME?

2. My daughter is a child with developental delay. She cant speak and is mildly autistic. I think that the owner grew tired of this. She would force my child to eat food she had adversity to, and forced her to nap and things of that nature. To the point where my daughter would CRY by hearing the word "school"

3. Because I feel she grew tired of this, I wholeheartedly believe that she began to look for reasons for my child to not attend without breaking the contract. And suspended my child from attending because she didnt have a lead poisoning questionere on file. And mind you, I had just taken my child a week prior to get her physical and the docs told me this was not mandatory. So I knew at that point that my child was not wanted there and I would SURELY never send her there again.

4. The owner requires that you pay for your childs attendence in advance. I had done that. And after she suspended my child, she refused to give me my tuition payment back. She said its in my contract and theyre non refundable. I understand that. BUT--she suspended my childs attendance. So there is no way for me to get the services I paid for. HOW NICE FOR HER. Getting paid but not doing any work.



I am a single Mother, and have a limited income and paid for all this out of pocket and you would think out of her "CHRISTIAN HEART" she would be more understanding? HAAAAAAAAA!
