I obtained services from this family / home daycare and I find that:

"Ms. Malika has cared for and helped raise our two boys. Andy was with Malika from the age of 8 months until he was 3 years and 8 months. Brendan started with Malika when he was 12 weeks and just "graduated" yesterday at the age of 3 years and 4 months. We put both boys in a full day Montessori preschool. We never looked at Malika as our daycare provider. She was and will always be part of our family. She's an important part of the village that is raising our sons. She has taught them the basics of course, right from wrong, potty training, don't talk to strangers, etc. There's more to Malika than that. Our boys are confident and capable. They know not to judge people by appearances. They are respectful of others. They can have fun but know when it's time to be serious and work. They know the importance of family and friends. They speak their mind and are not timid. They were well prepared for preschool. We really lucked out when we found Malika when we moved into our new house five years ago. I couldn't imagine our lives if we didn't find her."

"Ms. Malika had my son from 10 weeks to age 5, and my daughter from 13 weeks to age 4. My daughter left at the age of 4 because she had learned so much that we had her tested for kindergarten and she was MORE than prepared! My husband and our children consider Ms. Malika a family member; she will forever be a part of our lives. She taught my kids everything they needed to know to be prepared for school, in a loving, Christian atmosphere. She never took off sick the entire time my kids were there- not once. We love Ms. Malika!"
