"Wonderful daycare! Vickie is an incredible provider. She interacts with the children wonderfully and keeps them busy with weekly trips and daily activities. It was comforting to know that my daughter was in great hands, in a loving home, with a terrific family. I recommend her!! If she has a spot, take it!"

I obtained services from this family / home daycare and I find that:

"This is a wonderful daycare. The provider has extensive experience with children, including, as stated, experience as a nanny and as a teacher. The house is beautiful and well maintained, as is the yard. The provider is very active. The kids go to a weekly mall event for children. When the weather is nice they go to a park or wading pool. They visit nearby Ellioak Farm and other spots in the area. They have rainy day outings to indoor facilities for children. Pre-K lessons are provided to children who also partipate in all sorts of art, learning and cooking projects. The provider's own family is charming and her children are very social and perform well in school. The environment and influences of the daycare, home and social network (friends and family from the bionic grandmother to fellow providers--for example, if the provider needs to bring one of her own children to the doctor she has 3-5 friends who provide home daycare who can fill in--although frankly, this is seldom necessary) are all positive. All in all, the Magic Castle Daycare has just the sort of reassuring, fun, safe, friendly learning and play atmosphere parents seek for their childeren . Oh--and did I mention the cost is very reasonable?"

"We have been taking our two year old son to The Magic Castle Daycare since he was 4 months old. I have nothing but good things to say about this daycare/Vickie. The activities are wonderful, and Vickie keeps the kids busy! I also really appreciate that Vickie has rules that seem to keep everything running smoothly. This is a safe and loving home. I have come to trust Vickie like family and frequently rely on her parenting advice."
