This program is offered to children ages 3-6 yrs old. The program is a structured program designed to prepare the child for kindergarten. Classes are offered M/W/F a.m. or p.m. and Tu/Th a.m or p.m. Pre K classes are available for student who are 4.5 yrs old, have attend one abc123 session, or had teachers approval. Letter, numbers, storytelling, art, crafts, songs, and leaning to communicate with other children are work into the daily schedule. Pre-K student focus on site words, learning to write first and last name, pencil and scissors skills and following simple classroom instructions. Classes are offered for responable rates, less than $4.00 per hour. Classes are held at the new Library Annex located in Queen Creek. Registration is accepted through the Town of Queen Park & Rec Dept. Classes fill up quickly, early registration is recommended.
