Facility
The Willowick Childcare Center is based in a quiet neighborhood in Clawson Michigan. The home has a beautiful early childhood classroom designed with educational centers used in most preschools. There are developmental activities for children of all ages, beginning with infants through school-aged children. The backyard is equipped with playground activities for all ages of children. The neighborhood is safe and secure.
Curriculum
We provide curriculum that is individually designed to meet the educational needs of each individual child. Our curriculum begins with infancy and spans the entire developmental period that your child is in our care. We provide routine feedback and evaluation of your child s progress. We are committed to help prepare your child for the next stages of development including preschol and Kindergarten.
Services
We provide Latchkey with transportation to local elementary schools and preschools.
We are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week to provide alternatives and choices for parents when traditional daycare cannot accommodate their needs.
We abide by state licensing laws that enable us to operate with low caregiver to child ratios which enhances the learning environment to become a more intimate care situation.
We are a family-owned business. This allows us to be flexible and compassionate to meet the needs of our customers.
Staff
All of our staff members are energetic individuals who are experience and love working with children. Many of our staff are currently enrolled in early childhood development programs at local colleges or universities.
*Certification
Our childcare facility is licensed through the state of Michgan as a group childcare home. All staff are CPR and first aid certified and have undergone background checks through the state of Michigan.
