SPRECKELS SPROUTS DAYCARE is a warm, loving, home away from home environment for your little one. This is a licensed family home daycare, located in the historic town of Spreckels, California. (Spreckels is located off highway 68, just south of Salinas, and about two miles from the Las Palmas subdivision in Monterey County).
California License #274410147
Age appropriate activities, educational toys, and out door play are provided as part of the play-and-learn setting that children love and thrive in!
We have been a State Licensed Daycare Provider since 2006 and all state licensing inspections have been impeccably perfect. We have very extensive medical training and the licensee has earned a National Registry EMT-B as well as a BLS/Healthcare Provider CPR/First Aid Certificate.
We pride ourselves in running a high quality daycare! The children are happy, and genuinely have a great experience here. The atmosphere is relaxed and cozy with plenty of toys and activities to stimulate physical and mental development.
All the little ones are well supervised and welcome to play throughout our neat and cheerful home. The outdoor play area is perfect for riding trikes, grassy picnics, or water table activities when the weather is warm. We inspire sharing and cooperation with others, and give lots of attention and praise with plenty of hugs and high-fives!
Play and music are used to teach color names, recognition of shapes, counting, and the letters of the alphabet. A standardized preschool learning curriculum is used to teach school readiness. We enjoy creating cute arts and crafts projects too! Our preschool graduates are well prepared and ready for Kindergarten at age five.
Regular Hours of Operation:
Monday through Friday, from 6:00am to 4:30pm. Closure is at 4:30pm sharp and we cannot extend our hours. Early drop off is available from 6:00am and this service is provided without any additional fees.
Rates and fees: Daycarebear only allows us to publish a "daily" rate or fee on this site. Please note, our tuition is actually a flat rate of $250.00/wk. This weekly tuition fee secures your child's placement at our daycare. You may utilize our services up to 10 hours per day maximum, Monday through Friday. Tuition fees are charged year-round (52 weeks a year) and collected monthly in advance on the first Monday of the month. Thank you!
Excellent references are happily provided upon request.
