"We absolutely LOVE Cindy and Dennis. We couldn't have found a better place for our daughter. She is now 2 and has been with them since 3 months of age. Shes flourishing in their care. Learning the alphabet and shapes, and is excited everyday to go. They are kind and loving, but firm where needed and have taught her manners and respect. The absolute best!"

"Words cannot express our appreciation to Cindy and Dennis for the care they have provided to our girls. When we were looking for day care for our oldest, we met with Cindy and Dennis and knew instantly that Spreckels Sprouts was the place we wanted her to go. Naturally, when our second came along, there was no doubt in our minds that we would be sending her there as well. Cindy and Dennis provide a clean and safe house; lots of toys to keep the kids entertained; and educational activities to help them learn their letters, numbers, colors, etc. Our kids love that they get to play outside on the slide, with the tri-cycles, and with the other activities they have.

"Our son started at this daycare when he was 3 years old, and he loves it! It was very reassuring when Cindy texted us pictures during the first couple of weeks so that we can feel at ease. Cindy and Dennis are absolutely the best care providers you can find for your little ones. They are loving and patient; sometimes I wonder how they do it! Both the house and the yard are very clean and well organized. There are an enormous number of toys and activities for the kids, and the backyard is just a little piece of paradise with slides, tricycles, water play etc. It also provides an educational environment with structured activities: kids actually learn numbers, letters, colors, shapes. Our son can now write his own name, and he is not even four. I highly recommend this daycare!"

"As a parent/guardian reviewing this review, I know you are like me. You are looking for answers to your questions. However, when I was looking for a daycare provider, I didn't have any questions. I was overwhelmed by needing someone else to care for our children since we had to work full time. I was like Goldilocks, I just knew that I would know it was the right place when I found it. Cindy and Dennis gave me that feeling when we met them.

"If you have to pick a village to raise a child...Cindy and Dennis are two people you would want in YOUR village!!!! I have been using Cindy and Dennis as my home care providers for six years. They have cared for two of my sons from five months to four years old. Cindy and Dennis run a wonderful and loving environment with rules and structure (similar to my home)! Their home is clean and warm and they have lot of toys and safe backyard space for the children to play. This year they started a pre-school program which has been fantastic for my four year old. My son has learned so much that I decided to leave him in the day care instead of moving him to a pre-school. I would highly recommend Cindy and Dennis for in home care."

"Our son has been at Spreckles sprouts since he was 12 weeks old. He is now approaching 3 years. As a first time mother, it was extremely heart wrenching knowing that I had to leave my child. Cindy and Dennis were so wonderful and warm. They would send me text messages the first few weeks to reassure me that he was ok. They are so loving with all the children. There is a lot of structure and their place is spotless! The kids have a blast and they are always doing different activities. My son loves "honey" (Cindy) & Dennis. I could not have picked a more perfect daycare for our son."

"My son started at Spreckels Sprouts when he was only 10 1/2 weeks old. As a new mother I was devastated about leaving him anywhere at such a young age, but Cindy and Dennis put me at ease. After just one week, I knew my son was in good hands - after all, it was my first time with a baby, not theirs! They are easy to work with and allowed me to ask as many questions as I needed to and also welcomed my frequent check-ins at the beginning. My son is almost 1 now and I am certain that he is excited to go there every morning. They provide structure, support, and care in a way that alleviates my guilt of not being able to be with my son all the time. The program includes learning activities for the older kids and allows for outdoor play as well. Their handbook for parents clearly lays out everything you need to know and they also take the time to answer questions you have about your child. I can't imagine anyone else caring for my son (myself and my husband excluded), this is his home away from home. I highly recommend Spreckels Sprouts, the kids are lucky to have Cindy and Dennis!"

"We have sent both of our daughters to Spreckels Sprouts Daycare and have been extremely happy with their care, advice, friendship and supervision. My wife and I can not say enough about them. The children are created everyday with a smile. They spend time reading, inside play, outside play, music, make believe, nap times, snacks and soooo much more. Our daughters have always, everyday, looked forward to going to daycare. They are a huge peace of mind and very reliable. If we had more children, hands down, this would be where we would take them."

"I found Spreckels Sprouts Daycare about a year ago. I was returning to work after a year leave of absence and was very nervous about leaving my baby in the hands of someone I did not know. Cindy(Lucinda) and Dennis have been nothing but wonderful with my son. He has learned to interact with other children. He shares and is learning letters, shapes and colors. I am very happy with the caring and nurturing environment that Cindy and Dennis provide for my son."
