I have an amazing, super SMALL GROUP ONLY!! that I adore..however- I am lucky enough to currently have a little wiggle room for a new friend or 2 to join the fun!!!!
DAYS/HOURS:

*Part time, full time or rotating schedules WELCOME! I know it can be hard to find a provider willing to accommodate half days or less hours per week or month. Temp care (just a few weeks & or months a yr) & or Shorter days or later start times, 2-3 days a week or rotating schedules...... just ask!!
Hours for each family are based upon each families individual needs/work schedules-contracted/flat fee daily rates
I am typically "available" between the hours of 700am- 530pm. This can be a bit flexible based on your needs!!!
RATES:
Full &/or half day rates that become your weekly contracted flat rate- based on your needs...
TEACHERS or College Students (this is the place for you!!): I don't charge full time rates during regularly scheduled school breaks or Winter/Spring/Summer Vacation! You're off--> enjoy it @ minimum charge while still holding your spot!!!
As a courtesy to my families.. I do not charge full price when I am closed for my own scheduled vacation,
illness or other events where I am unavailable..*W/the exception of State/Fed Holidays.
I ask that my families share a similar sense of common courtesy behavior-run on the "honor system" of being respectful of my time/policies - not b/c you HAVE to but b/c you want to!
Though I close very little, I do require families to have their own reliable back up care in the events of illness or holiday/other closures..-this is very important!! The last 2 school yrs I have closed ZERO times for illness & take 99% most of my closures during County school breaks!

MY HOME/YARD:
Non-smoking, non-drinking household. Large home in a safe, friendly neighborhood. Large play area we like to call the "playground" ,& a covered patio. My open floor plan home is clean & organized-with a fun playroom where everything has its place but- we have lots of fun making messes too (that your child will learn how to have fun while cleaning up!) Though I do have school age children of my own (who are VERY calm and helpful & happen to LOVE the daycare children!) , my home is set up for all ages of young children! Baby proofed & safe for all!
WHAT I OFFER:
Infants, babies & toddlers... (flexible based on situation & needs!!)
HOME AWAY FROM HOME!! Small group ONLY childcare! Lots of one-on-one!!
I offer "mini- preschool" activities for children when ready... Usually 2-3 mornings a week or more depending on the group dynamic & individual child. Keep in mind though.. small group only, so it's more like a family than "school"-but I'm set up to accommodate for all your child's educational needs! Home away from home!! However w/my background as a pre-/k teacher, we'll do lots of real world/life skills mixed w/academics- appropriate for your child!
We have a flexible-go w/the flow, yet consistent schedule with lots of room for ABC's & 123's, building, reading, singing, dancing, making forts, dressing up, arts & crafts, water play, bubbles, lots of walks, picking up leaves and catching ladybugs! Sometimes we even just sit relax and do a whole lot of nothing & talk talk talk!! I don't believe in kids just running wild, and I also don't believe in little robots so I try to give the best "happy medium" possible. I teach good manners, patience, sharing & kindness, helpfulness, respect and responsibility... I help guide children in the way of making their own good choices & accepting the natural consequences of their actions. I typically have never had to use time outs, as children tend to be find themselves happy & well behaved while in my care!! I believe in having lots of supervised free play to help spark imagination -in an environment filled w/ age appropriate toys & tons of books! ((We love reading around here!!)) I believe children learn so much just through the simple aspects of everyday life then you throw in a few neat learning tools & room to be themselves --- & voila=> GREAT KIDS! ..

A LITTLE ABOUT ME!
I am an Early Childhood Specialist by trade and mom of 2 super sweet, well behaved, active kids who love children as much as I do!
I have over 15+ yrs experience with children & families in many aspects of the Early Childhood Profession (former Nanny, pre/k teacher, admin & more!!)-I am also First Aid/ CPR, mandatory abuse reporter, clean criminal history/ recent background checks.
Though I maintain my professionalism w/a well written contract; (I do expect you to respect and follow), I am not running a "corporation" or a large center- but a place for you to feel at ease while at work- knowing your children are in good hands...The next best thing to mom or dad! I am an intelligent, educated ,easy going, & down to earth..no-where-near-perfect mom who is super fun & even a lil bit funny! Always a professional -but always your friend....able to be firm and consistent.. and a whole lot of 'tell it like it is'.. but a whole lot of love mixed in!!!
